| A) | PLAYED STRICTLY UNDER B.C.G.B.A. RULES | ALL GAMES 21up (OFF 4) |
| | | | | | | | | |
| B) | Entry fee is £50 per pair. To secure your place a £10 deposit is due prior to the leagues annual |
| | presentation . The remainder of the fee can be paid either in full or by installments during the season. |
| | | | | | | | | |
| C) | Once the fixtures are circulated no pair will be allowed to change their dates. A condition of entry is |
| | that the fixture list is STRICTLY ADHERED TO. Times can be changed by mutual agreement. |
| | | | | | | | | |
| D) | All games to be played on Sunday. Division one & two times are 4.00pm, 5.00pm, 6.00pm & 7.00pm. |
| | Division three times are 2.00pm and 3.00pm. | | | | |
| | The league will run for fourteen Sunday's from November to February. | | |
| | | | | | | | | |
| E) | Pairs will be allowed to use as many substitutes as they wish as long as one registered player plays in |
| | all games. A substitute is NOT allowed to play for more than one pair during the season. | |
| | | | | | | | | |
| F) | Scratch out time is when a Jack is free and 15 minutes has elapsed after the report time. Pairs breaking |
| | rule E or F will concede the game 10-21. | | | | |
| | | | | | | | | |
| G) | Promotion and relegation will be on a TWO pairs up and TWO pairs down basis. In the event of two |
| | or more pairs being level on shots & points a "5 UP" play off will decide the final league positions. |

| H) | The first pair to arrive each Sunday must collect the equipment bag from reception. Pairs must ensure |
| | they enter their result in the fixture book. | | | | |
| | | | | | | | | |
| I) | The last pair leaving each evening are responsible for returning all equipment to reception. The last pair |
| | are required to PHONE MEL EVANS ON 07885-190968 as soon as possible with the day's results |
| | | | | | | | | |
| J) | Please ensure you arrive promptly and wear suitable flat soled footwear. In case of inclement weather |
| | telephone the centre on 01543-504065 to ensure it is open. | | | |
| | | | | | | | | |
| K) | The leagues annual meeting and prize presentation will take place around 9.00pm on the evening of the |
| | the season's final fixtures. | | | | | | |
| | | | | | | | | |
| L) | Players are required to give a verbal warning to their opponents and to take every precaution before |
| | stiking to eliminate the possibility of injury to either players or spectators. | | |
| | | | | | | | | |
| M) | Any registered member of the league wishing to propose any amendents to these rules must do so in |
| | writing 14 days before the annual presentation. Any propositions must be seconded & voted upon at |
| | the annual presentation. Only registered members allowed to vote. | | | |
